Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email).
- Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets exceeding $100k to ensure peak ROI.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks across landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-performing assets for various sales funnels.
- Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Manage external vendor relationships and agency partners to ensure campaign success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into strategies.
- Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns while maintaining target CAC.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategy to high-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
