Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- SEO & Content: Lead organic search initiatives, including technical SEO audits, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
- PPC Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn to ensure high ROI and efficient budget utilization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce monthly reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads through email marketing automation and landing page optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality asset delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and major CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot).
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM software.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
