- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms
- Manage $500K+ digital advertising budgets with ROI optimization
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Present monthly performance reports to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior marketing specialists and agency partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with B2B tech focus
- Proven expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and Google Analytics
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign management
- Advanced proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
