- Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Manage $500K+ digital advertising budgets with continuous optimization for maximum ROI
- Mentor junior marketers while fostering a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision making
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and user acquisition goals
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record of scaling revenue through data-driven digital campaigns
- Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience managing complex budgets and reporting to executive stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Certification in Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent preferred
