- Manage $500K+ annual budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Mentor junior marketers and collaborate with design/product teams
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experiments
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling brands with measurable revenue impact
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot/Mailchimp
- Advanced Google Analytics certification required
