Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive cross-channel digital marketing strategies across Paid Search, Social, and Display.
- Manage and optimize a monthly advertising budget of $150k+ to maximize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to build high-performing, brand-aligned marketing collateral.
- Analyze weekly performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Scale email marketing automation and nurture campaigns to increase retention.
- Oversee relationships with external media partners and third-party vendors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.
- Proven track record managing large-scale budgets on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and funnel analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) or SQL basics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data stories to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
