Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across Paid Social, Google Ads, and Programmatic.
- Own the full-funnel customer journey, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion.
- Manage a monthly media budget in excess of $150k with a strict focus on ROAS and CAC efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to report on KPI performance and derive actionable business insights.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, ad creative, and email marketing workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay at the forefront of marketing technology, evaluating new tools to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth digital marketing, preferably within an agency or SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced analytical skills using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and conversion tracking setup (GTM/Pixel).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling significant advertising budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
