Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email)
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Lead content creation initiatives including blog posts, whitepapers, and video scripts
- Manage PPC budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms
- Optimize conversion funnels and implement A/B testing frameworks
- Present ROI reports and strategic insights to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior marketers and foster a collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years digital marketing experience with proven campaign success
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs)
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM systems
- Portfolio demonstrating successful B2B/B2C digital campaigns
- Experience managing budgets >$500K annually
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
