Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Manage monthly performance budgets exceeding $50k+ with a focus on high ROAS.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to iterate on high-converting landing pages.
- Analyze complex data sets to forecast trends and optimize conversion funnels.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative growth-hacking culture.
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns to improve user acquisition costs.
- Report performance KPIs directly to executive stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles within a high-growth environment.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of data-backed decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant industry certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
