Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing channels
- Lead data-driven campaign optimization using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Manage PPC budgets exceeding $500K with focus on ROAS improvement and cost efficiency
- Spearhead content creation initiatives including blog posts, whitepapers, and video campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Mentor junior marketing professionals and manage external agency relationships
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM/Social/Email)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex data to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
