Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and data-driven optimization to exceed KPIs for lead generation and conversion rates
- Manage $1M+ paid media budgets with focus on ROAS improvement and cost efficiency
- Oversee content marketing calendar including blog posts, whitepapers, and video production
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize conversion funnels and customer journeys
- Mentor junior marketers and conduct quarterly performance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven expertise in scaling revenue through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications required
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency relationships
- Portfolio demonstrating successful $500K+ digital campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights
