Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage large-scale paid media budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with a focus on ROAS.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad copy, landing pages, and email nurture sequences.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics and Looker to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of content creators, SEO specialists, and designers.
- Report directly to the CMO on key performance indicators (KPIs) and quarterly growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital strategy, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proven track record of managing monthly media budgets exceeding $50,000.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Business Suite.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable business narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting strategies to C-suite stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
