Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Lead SEO optimization initiatives to increase organic search visibility by 30%+ quarterly
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms with $500K+ monthly budgets
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-converting content and visual assets
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders
- Mentor junior marketing specialists and conduct team training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven results in SEO/SEM management
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or SEM preferred
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $100K/month
