Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and Email.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $50k+, ensuring optimal ROAS and CAC targets.
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and Looker Studio to provide executive-level reporting.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad assets and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing across all digital touchpoints to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of data-backed experimentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns from inception to high-revenue growth.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to tell a story through data.
- Strong project management skills, specifically using tools like Asana or Trello.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
