Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing channels
- Lead A/B testing and performance optimization campaigns to achieve 25%+ YoY growth in qualified leads
- Manage $500K+ annual digital ad budget with ROI-focused allocation across platforms
- Analyze multi-channel performance data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Mentor junior marketers and oversee agency partnerships for specialized campaigns
- Present quarterly performance reports with actionable insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with proven ROI-driven campaign results
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and analytics tools
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar preferred
- Demonstrated success in scaling B2B or SaaS customer acquisition through digital channels
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
