Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
- Own the full-funnel customer acquisition journey, optimizing conversion rates from lead to SQL.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks across landing pages and ad creative to maximize ROAS.
- Analyze performance data using GA4 and Looker to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Manage a substantial monthly media budget with a focus on scaling high-performing channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-converting ad assets align with brand voice.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in SEO, AI-driven marketing, and privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS space.
- Proven track record of managing seven-figure annual advertising budgets.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into strategic storytelling.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and marketing automation flows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
