- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, content, email, and social media channels
- Lead performance marketing campaigns with a focus on CRO, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
- Analyze multi-platform data (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to derive actionable insights and ROI reports
- Manage $500K+ digital advertising budgets across paid search, social, and programmatic channels
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling digital assets aligned with brand voice
- Oversee marketing automation workflows (HubSpot/Marketo) for lead nurturing and lifecycle management

Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scaling B2B/B2C brands through integrated digital campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, Tableau)
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing Hub
