The Role:
You will own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, overseeing SEO, content marketing, paid media, and brand analytics. You will lead a talented squad of creatives and analysts, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness.
- SEO & SEM Mastery: Oversee organic search performance and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Content Strategy: Lead the content calendar, working closely with copywriters and designers to produce high-impact assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools (GA4, Tableau) to track KPIs, generate actionable insights, and report performance to executive stakeholders.
- Cross-Channel Campaigns: Coordinate campaigns across email, social media, and web to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
- Team Management: Mentor junior marketers, conduct performance reviews, and foster professional development within the marketing department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SEO, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
