GrowthScale Agency is seeking a high-performing Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead omni-channel strategies for our portfolio of high-growth tech clients. You will own the full marketing lifecycle, from high-level strategy to granular performance optimization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic.
- Manage large-scale monthly advertising budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS and CAC.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis using GA4, Looker, and CRM insights to uncover conversion opportunities.
- Lead A/B testing roadmaps for landing pages, ad creatives, and customer acquisition funnels.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-converting assets that align with brand voice.
- Provide detailed performance reporting and strategic insights to executive stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to keep our clients at the forefront of digital innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth digital marketing, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to translate complex data sets into actionable strategy.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and modern landing page best practices.
- Proven track record of managing monthly media spends exceeding $100,000.
- Excellent communication and project management skills; capable of managing multiple high-priority accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
