You will be responsible for overseeing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving measurable ROI for our premium client portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic display.
- Manage large-scale monthly advertising budgets with a focus on maximizing ROAS and CPA efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design high-converting landing pages and ad assets.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform A/B testing across email, landing pages, and ad copy to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Mentor junior marketing coordinators and lead agency-wide reporting initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging martech tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven track record of managing annual advertising budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong analytical mindset with mastery of Google Analytics 4, GTM, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with CRM integration (HubSpot/Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
