Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
- Manage substantial paid media budgets, optimizing for ROAS and CAC reduction across Google and Meta ad platforms.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and email funnels to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets and marketing collateral.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and monthly performance reporting to leadership.
- Oversee marketing automation workflows and CRM integration to nurture leads through the funnel.
- Manage external agency partners and freelancers to ensure brand consistency and performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Proven track record of managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $500k with clear ROI attribution.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, including lead scoring and nurturing strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate technical metrics into strategic business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
