Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across social, video, and emerging platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams in producing 15+ monthly high-impact content assets
- Analyze audience data to optimize content performance and engagement metrics
- Manage $500K+ content budgets while maintaining ROI-focused campaign delivery
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite clients and executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior content creators on brand voice and platform best practices
- Stay ahead of digital trends through continuous platform innovation research
Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital content strategy with proven brand campaign success
- Expertise in content analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Adobe Analytics)
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ multi-platform campaigns with measurable results
- Deep understanding of algorithm changes across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience managing remote creative teams and distributed production workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms (Contentful, WordPress)
- BA/MA in Communications, Marketing, or related field with GPA 3.5+
