Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end content ecosystems across social, web, and emerging platforms
- Lead creative workshops to develop brand narratives with cross-functional teams
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content ROI and audience engagement
- Manage $500K+ content budgets with vendor negotiations and resource allocation
- Drive innovation in interactive formats (AR/VR, shoppable content, live streams)
- Mentor junior creators and conduct quarterly skills training sessions
- Collaborate with design and tech teams on seamless content-technology integration
Qualifications
- 7+ years creating digital content for major brands or media properties
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in multi-platform storytelling
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CMS platforms
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social)
- Experience managing remote creative teams and cross-functional projects
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into compelling content frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of emerging content technologies and platform algorithm updates
