Responsibilities
- Architect and execute end-to-end content strategies across digital platforms including video, social, and interactive experiences
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and translate brand objectives into compelling narrative frameworks
- Analyze audience insights and market trends to inform content innovation and channel optimization
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and video producers
- Develop comprehensive content calendars aligned with campaign milestones and KPIs
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analytics to continuously refine content effectiveness
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders and executive clients
- Stay current with emerging platforms, formats, and content technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital content strategy or creative direction
- Portfolio demonstrating successful brand campaigns across multiple platforms
- Expertise in content analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing fundamentals
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation for large-scale projects
