Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning models to solve complex problems in user behavior forecasting and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate algorithmic insights into real-time production environments.
- Lead the development of scalable data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks using Spark and Python.
- Perform rigorous statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate product improvements and business strategies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Translate complex technical findings into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterās degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models at scale.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Demonstrated expertise in distributed computing frameworks, specifically Apache Spark.
- Strong understanding of experimental design, including A/B testing and causal inference.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leadership.
