Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models to optimize user engagement and revenue growth.
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis generation and data collection to model validation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate predictive insights into core product features.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks using Python, Spark, and SQL.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and causal inference analysis to measure the impact of product iterations.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the internal research library of best practices and algorithmic innovations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist in a high-growth tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and advanced SQL.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, experimental design, and Bayesian inference.
- Demonstrated experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS/GCP) using CI/CD practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into executive-level narratives.
