Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines for real-time predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify high-value opportunities for data-driven optimization.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and customer behavior patterns.
- Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for best practices in model deployment and MLOps.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders via compelling visual dashboards and presentations.
- Continuously research and prototype emerging AI/ML technologies to maintain our technological edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow) and SQL.
- Strong grasp of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and advanced machine learning algorithms (XGBoost, Deep Learning, NLP).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a product-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
