Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning models using Python and distributed computing frameworks.
- Transform raw, unstructured data into actionable strategic insights through advanced statistical analysis and feature engineering.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features into our core cloud platform.
- Lead the design and execution of rigorous A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize user engagement and product performance.
- Maintain and scale automated data pipelines and model monitoring systems in a high-availability cloud environment (AWS/GCP).
- Communicate complex technical findings to executive stakeholders to influence high-level business decisions and product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and scaling machine learning models in a high-growth commercial setting.
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and deep learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong SQL skills and extensive experience working with big data technologies like Apache Spark or Snowflake.
- Demonstrated experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully taking models from research prototypes to production-grade software.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward continuous learning and technical excellence.
