Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve business challenges.
- Data Engineering: Ingest, clean, and preprocess massive datasets to ensure high-quality training data for models.
- Productionization: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to transition models from research to production environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Feature Engineering: Identify and extract key features from raw data to improve model accuracy and performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Frameworks: Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and version control (Git).
