Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover hidden patterns and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business) to translate data findings into strategic initiatives.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve model accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices within the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end data projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
