Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy complex machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve real-world business challenges.
- Design and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and scalability for large datasets.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experiments to validate model performance and drive product improvements.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear data visualization and storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and Deep Learning to continuously improve our technical stack.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow) or R.
- Deep understanding of SQL and experience working with large-scale data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Expertise in statistical analysis, time-series forecasting, and clustering techniques.
