Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-level machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the experimentation and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks into existing products.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows in collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate model performance and business impact.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Communicate technical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and academic research to maintain our competitive edge in AI innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in a professional Data Science role, with a proven track record of shipping models to production.
- Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Hands-on experience with NLP, Transformer architectures, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles and tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
