Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models that solve critical business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to prepare high-quality datasets for model training.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure scalability and real-time processing capabilities.
- Communicate complex findings and model performance metrics to non-technical audiences through clear visualization and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, or computer vision techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
