Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor model performance in production and implement A/B testing frameworks for optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI, NLP, and deep learning to integrate innovative techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with big data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms.
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML pipelines in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
