Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Analyze complex, high-volume datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production environments and ensure model reliability.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualization and storytelling.
- Experiment with new technologies and methodologies to improve existing data pipelines and processing efficiency.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior data scientists within the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Deep experience with SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
