In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced research and production-grade software, building the models that power the next generation of predictive insights.

You will work alongside elite engineers to architect scalable machine learning systems that handle petabytes of data, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define data strategies and translate business goals into technical requirements.
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate model efficacy in real-world scenarios.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of shipping models to production.

  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Weights & Biases.
