Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable data science solutions using Python/R and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real-time analytics dashboards and automated reporting systems
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to optimize product features and user engagement
- Maintain data quality standards and develop scalable ETL processes for multi-terabyte datasets
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations and strategic narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven portfolio of ML deployment projects
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL with large-scale data handling
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Strong business acumen with experience translating analytics into revenue impact
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies

- Experience in fintech or SaaS analytics highly preferred
