The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from data acquisition and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and correlations in large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to integrate data insights into our core products and services.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure high availability, speed, and accuracy of data processing.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Machine Learning and AI to recommend improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Predictive Analytics.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
