Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and statistical algorithms from inception to production.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements, model success metrics, and product roadmaps.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for high-volume, low-latency processing.
- Present complex technical findings and model performance to non-technical audiences in a compelling manner.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical strategy and best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proven track record of working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data insights into tangible business value.
