Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with product teams to define metrics, conduct A/B testing, and validate experimental results.
- Optimize existing models for improved accuracy, speed, and scalability in production environments.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Stay current with the latest research in Data Science and Machine Learning, and evaluate new tools and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering projects that have a direct impact on business KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
