Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data exploration to model deployment and monitoring.
- Design, develop, and validate advanced machine learning models (e.g., predictive, prescriptive, clustering) to optimize business processes and create new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate product features, marketing campaigns, and business initiatives.
- Translate complex analytical findings and technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Contribute to the development of our data infrastructure, tools, and best practices to enhance data science capabilities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and R.
- Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from large-scale databases.
- Demonstrated experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, causal inference, and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
