Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and AWS SageMaker
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects from hypothesis testing to stakeholder presentations
- Develop A/B testing frameworks for product optimization and user behavior analysis
- Create real-time dashboards using Tableau and Looker for executive decision support
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data governance
- Publish research findings in industry journals and contribute to open-source ML libraries
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience building production ML systems at scale
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas/Scikit-learn), and distributed computing (Spark)
- Proven track record of translating business problems into data solutions
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling (regression, time series, NLP)
- Certification in AWS/GCP data science technologies preferred
