Responsibilities

- Mentor junior data scientists and implement best practices in MLOps

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven production model deployment
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Advanced knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and statistical modeling
- Strong experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data science projects with measurable business impact
