Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to predict consumer behavior and market trends
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data acquisition to deployment of production-ready solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex findings into executive-level recommendations
- Develop real-time analytics dashboards using Python, R, and visualization tools like Tableau
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features and marketing strategies
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data modeling and validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven impact in tech or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with large datasets
- Strong background in statistical modeling, experimental design, and hypothesis testing
- Experience deploying ML models in production environments using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex data science projects with measurable business outcomes
