Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from exploratory analysis to model deployment.
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Communicate technical insights and model outcomes to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of technical excellence and rigor.
- Conduct A/B testing and rigorous statistical validation for all production-level algorithms.
- Identify new opportunities for data-driven product improvements through proactive research.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting findings to executive leadership.
