Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Data Strategy: Lead the analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven solutions into our core platform.
- Deployment: Manage the MLOps lifecycle, ensuring models are production-ready, monitored, and continuously improved.
- Communication: Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL. Experience with R or Java is a plus.
- Tools: Strong experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
