Responsibilities
- Design and deploy machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and customer behavior modeling
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using Python, R, and SQL
- Lead A/B testing frameworks optimizing conversion rates by 30%+ for key products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into product roadmaps
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings to C-suite executives
- Develop real-time dashboards using Tableau and AWS QuickSight
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
