Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and NLP applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and causal inference models to drive product optimization
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder communication
- Lead data mining projects using distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals or present at conferences
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production-level ML deployment
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, Bayesian methods)
