Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for predictive analytics and personalization
- Lead data exploration initiatives using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and statistical models to optimize product features
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data governance
- Research and prototype emerging AI techniques for financial risk modeling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data science experience with production ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, Bayesian methods)
- Proven experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ML pipelines
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful deployment of ML models in business contexts
