Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to predict customer behavior and optimize business operations
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis formulation to production deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and real-time analytics dashboards
- Translate complex findings into compelling visualizations and strategic recommendations for C-level executives
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our open-source analytics framework
- Conduct A/B testing and causal inference analysis to measure impact of business initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with portfolio of production-level ML models
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with database optimization skills
- Strong background in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or conference presentations in data science or ML
